We use quality Italian and local ingredients to make simple but outstanding pizza in a fully-mobile wood-burning oven around Bristol and the South-West


The oven cooks the pizza at about double the heat that a normal oven can reach which allows the pizza to be ready in under two minutes and creates a charachteristic taste


We've taken care to design and make a smart-looking set-up that is well-presented and will fit in well anywhere

We try our best to cater to as many people as we can - all of the cheese we use is suitable for vegetarians and the Marinara is a classic Neapolitan pizza that has no cheese and is suitable for vegans

We are fully insured and compliant with the regulations regarding food hygiene and make sure that upholding them is a priority.
